NEED TO RETURN YOUR ORDER?

It's simple! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it back to us. Items must be unused in the original packaging.

To receive a full refund to your original payment method, returns must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order. To begin your return, simply email us with your order number and we’ll provide you the return address.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a defect, please email info@lusqboutique.com so that we can investigate. We will assess the situation and work to resolve the issue, which may include offering a replacement, discount, store credit or refund. Please note: all items undergo rigorous quality control
checks both before shipment and upon return.

CONDITION OF RETURN
All items must be returned with original tags and in the original packaging.

Items purchased on sale or marked down are final and cannot be returned. Items that are worn & used and not in its original state. Items with missing pieces to its original state. Items with missing or damaged parts or packaging caused by the receiver. Items that have exceeded the returns timeframe. Lost or stolen items are not qualified for a refund.
