HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

The time period for deliveries is made up of two periods:

1) Processing time (up to 48 hours):

Order confirmation, customisation and packaging

2) Delivery time:

• USA 4-6 business days
• UK 3-5 business days
• Australia 5-8 business days
• Rest of the World 5-10 business days

3) Shipping options:

• We offer free standard shipping for all orders 
  

4) Address changes: 

Address changes are only possible for a short time after placing the order. Please contact our customer service team. 

5) Cancellation: 

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or canceled prior to delivery. All orders are processed immediately to ensure on-time delivery.
